TOLEDO, Ohio — The Art Loop will welcome the start of the fall season with a spooky celebration! Activities include the Handmade Toledo Mini-Makers Mart, family-friendly trick or treating, pumpkin painting, creative spaces, pop-up performances, interactive experiences, music, and more!
The event footprint will be condensed, taking place on Adams Street, between 17th & 21st, including Uptown Green Park. Event organizers say costumes are encouraged.
The Art Loop Outdoor Movie starts at 7:15 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to sit outside and enjoy the movie, while physically distancing. Popcorn will be up for purchase.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Thursday, the Ohio Department of Health held a COVID-19 briefing, in which it was announced that every county in the state has at least one resident hospitalized for COVID-19.
ODH Director Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff says that the Delta surge the state has been experiencing has since plateaued.
“It appears the Delta surge has, in fact, plateaued. Nevertheless, we continue to see very high numbers of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations,” said Vanderhoff.
This comes at a time where booster shots are beginning to be administered statewide, including at the Lucas County Rec Center.
