Abandoned church in Toledo’s “Lowertown” neighborhood gets major revival

Local entrepreneur Blake Underwood owns the IT company Nemsys, and is teaming up with developer Fred Treuhaft, to transform the old Westminster Church on Locust Street into the new headquarters of his company.
