Arrest made in Prospect and Waite homicide

TOLEDO, Ohio — On April 27, Toledo Police were dispatched to Prospect and Waite on the call of a person shot. Officers arrived on scene and located the victim, Bryan Williams, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Williams was treated at the scene and transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital where he later died. Detectives responded and opened an investigation.
On Monday, November 16, after referring with the prosecutors office, Rayionna Hutcherson was arrested and booked into JJC.
