WASHINGTON — According to Axios, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki will be leaving her post sometime in May for a gig with cable network MSNBC.

Psaki herself has yet to confirm the report, but all signs point to it being true. According to the AP, reports earlier in the year had suggested both MSNBC and CNN had their eyes on Psaki, who prior to becoming the face of the Biden administration’s press briefings, provided them with on-air commentary.

An exact date for when the 43-year-old is expected to step down is unknown.
