City of Toledo: Neighborhoods (City of Toledo)

TOLEDO, Ohio — The City of Toledo Department of Neighborhoods is hosting a 2nd virtual planning meeting to discuss the development of the city’s application to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to designate the Englewood community as a NRSA.

A Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area is a Community Development Block Grant grantee-designated area targeted for revitalization. A NRSA is different from other local targeted areas, as the designation is reviewed and approved by HUD. The designation allows grantees enhanced flexibility in undertaking economic development, housing and public service activities with their CDBG funds.

This next meeting takes place Thursday, August 26th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m via Zoom. Registration is required through this link. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions for joining the webinar.
