City of Toledo to host COVID-19 vaccine clinics at city pools

These clinics aim to reach the most vulnerable of our community.

TOLEDO, Ohio — The city of Toledo will host 4, free COVID-19 vaccine clinics, operated by the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department.

The following clinics will be take place throughout July, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily:

  • June 29: Roosevelt Pool, 910 Dorr St.
  • July 15: Savage Park Splash Pad, 645 Vance St.
  • July 22: Pickford Pool, 3000 Medford Dr.

There will also be a vaccine clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 9 at Navarre Pool, 1001 White St.

The Pfizer two-dose vaccine, approved for ages 12 and up, and the Johnson & Johnson one-dose vaccine, approved for ages 18 and up, will be administered. Registration is not required. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has a COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
