TOLEDO, Ohio — COVID-19 cases are surging in Ohio and in many parts of the country. But what does that mean for you, your family? Well, we’re already seeing the results. Just Monday night, it was declared that hospitals in Lucas County were under an EMS bypass, which means wait times for non-emergencies could be significantly longer, because hospitals are at capacity. But know that if you are in an emergency, you will be admitted to the closest hospital regardless of an EMS bypass.
