Frederick Douglass Center kicks off its Kwanzaa celebration
Tuesday — the first day of Kwanzaa — Toledo’s Frederick Douglass Center began its celebration, which brought attendees together over music, food, and vendors from the community. I spoke with the executive coordinator for the event: Rashid Spencer of the Toledo Kwanzaa House.
