TOLEDO, Ohio — Imagination Station is taking one of its most popular experiences into the community. According to the science center, Toledo Tinkers: Through a Child’s Eyes is an outreach program that’ll be presented in the form of a mobile tinkering lab that kids ages 11-13 can experiment with. Through activities like sphero robots, linkages, rigamajigs and more, students will learn skill-building, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with expert guidance from science center staff.

The science center adds that Toledo Tinkers strengthens partnerships with organizations serving children in the community and deepens the science center’s ability to serve individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
