TOLEDO, Ohio — While it may not seem like the most exciting topic (to everyone except me, at least), the city of Toledo’s budget has a significant impact on the services that matter to you.

And tonight, Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz outlined his 2023 budget proposal for residents, after having already introduced it to Toledo City Council.
