TOLEDO, Ohio — New this morning, the story of one woman who’s goals and aspirations can be made possible through the support of our community. Taylor Holloway of Callisto Terra Candles will be launching a new shop and candle class studio. A single mother of 4, Holloway is seeking community support through fundraising and candle giveaways to support her new venture.

Callisto is eagerly seeking sponsors, financial donations and handy volunteers to aid in the renovation of the space and purchasing equipment. A GoFundMe account and Amazon Wish List have been set up to assist Callisto in her needs. If you’d like to be a part of her candle journey, you can make a donation, volunteer, or purchase candles and melts at callistoterra.com.

A soft opening of the shop is set for September 11th from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the Art on Market Shoppes building, located at 201 S. Erie St., on the same side as Libbey Glass.
