Local school says it has learned a lot about Black hair following incident

St. Ursula Academy says the school has learned, and has a lot to learn about diversity, following a series of harassment complaints by Black students.

TOLEDO, Ohio — St. Ursula Academy Assistant Principal Liz Huebner says that the school has learned a lot about Black hair, following an incident where an educator berated a student for their hair texture. She adds that staff and student diversity training is underway to prevent these incidents.
