MACKINAW CITY, Mich. — The Mackinac Bridge has since reopened following a bomb threat that was called in Sunday afternoon.

Michigan State Police shut the bridge down for hours as they swept the area for any explosive devices — none were found.

No arrests have been made in this incident, but the closure caused delays and frustration for drivers.
