New information, and consequences, emerge in the death of BGSU student Stone Foltz.
TOLEDO, Ohio — Last week, Bowling Green State University announced consequences for the fraternity responsible for the death of BGSU student Stone Foltz, who died after attending an off-campus Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity event, where he was forced to consume a significant amount of alcohol.
The school is charging Pi Kappa Alpha with six violations of the Code of Student Conduct, including:
Offenses Against Persons, Harm to Others: 4 counts of hazing, and Offenses Disrupting Order or Disregarding Health and Safety: Organization Alcohol.
