New public art installation going up in downtown Toledo
The project is intended to create another community gathering space.

TOLEDO, Ohio — The installation of a brand new public art piece continues in the median of Summit Street in downtown Toledo.
The Arts Commission partnered with ProMedica to bring “Upon Reflection” by Studio KCA to life.
According to those behind the project, LED lights will illuminate the painted inner oval of the display. As for what it’ll look like, that remains to be seen — for now!
Work on the project wraps March 25th.
