OhioMeansJobs Lucas County to host pop-up virtual job fair
The job fair takes place late next week.

TOLEDO, Ohio — OhioMeansJobs Lucas County is hosting a pop-up virtual job fair on Thursday, September 9th from 10 a.m. to noon.
The following companies plan to participate in the job fair:
- Adler Pelzer Group
- Buckeye Broadband
- Lucas County Sheriff’s Department
- Ternion Schools, Training and Education Centers
- Renaissance Hotel, Downtown Toledo
- TARTA
- Ohio Pickling & Processing, LLC
- Welch Packaging
- Great Lakes Windows
Area employers continue to struggle to recruit qualified applicants for positions. Given that COVID-19 and its variants are still very much active in the community, a virtual hiring event is the best option for employers to recruit job seekers.
