TOLEDO, Ohio — Activists and those closest to Breonna Taylor are upset with the jury’s verdict that only indicts one police officer in the deadly shooting that left the black EMT, dead. But that officer wasn’t even held accountable for the death of Taylor, it was for shooting in a highly residential area, which put lives in danger.

Mack says that the shooting that happened in Louisville, Kentucky has ties to Toledo, Ohio. “What happened in Louisville is connected to what happened here, I have to stress that. Because there’s been a stalling out of change here locally.”
