Parqwood Apartments shooting suspect arrested in Detroit

TOLEDO, Ohio — D’Angelo Porter has been taken into custody without incident in Detroit.
Porter was wanted after allegedly shooting 5 people, which resulted in 3 dead, at the Parqwood Apartments on November 5th.
