TOLEDO, Ohio — I-475, between Airport Highway and U.S. 24 in Maumee, is undergoing lane restrictions for the I-475 widening and construction of a new interchange at U.S. 20A. Work is expected to wrap in December of 2024.
So as part of this project, a ramp closure and lane restriction are going into effect on Friday. Here’s a list:
- The southbound I-475/US-23 exit ramp to eastbound US-24 will be closed, this weekend, for barrier wall removal and temporary pavement placement. The closure begins Friday at 7 p.m. and lasts until Monday at 6 a.m. You can detour by taking southbound I-475/US-23 to westbound US-24 to Fallen Timbers Ln. to eastbound US-24.
- Southbound I-475/US-23 will be reduced to one lane on Friday at 7 p.m. through Monday at 6 a.m.
