Stabbing suspect arrested by U.S. Marshals
Anthony Banks was stabbed on October 19th.

TOLEDO, Ohio — On October 19th, Toledo Police officers were dispatched to 1270 Norwood on the call of a person stabbed. Officers arrived and found the victim, Anthony Banks, suffering from at least one stab wound. Banks was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives responded and opened an investigation.
On November 5th, a murder warrant was issued for the arrest of Ann Hair, also known as Ann Green. Thursday, the U.S. Marshals took Hair into custody in Memphis, TN.
