Toledo City Council To Vote On Mask Mandate, Among Other Things
TOLEDO, Ohio — As we begin another week, Toledo City Council has plans to vote on a mask mandate. This would mean that when you are out in public within Toledo city limits, you must wear a mask. This does, ultimately, come down to enforcement.
When asked on Twitter about the likelihood of the mask mandate being passed, Mayor Wade kapszukiewicz responded with confidence that city council will pass the ordinance.
Following the arrest of four Toledo City Council members, the tenor of the meeting will be unique. Even with that, there is still a lot of work to do, according to Mayor Kapszukiewicz. Among the discussions that need to be had, police reform remains a top priority as legislation remains up for debate.
