Toledo homicide suspect arrested by U.S. Marshals in Los Angeles

TOLEDO, Ohio — On July 1st, 2020, Toledo Police were dispatched to 949 Fries on the call of a person shot. Officers arrived and located the victim, Marquese Robbins, inside the residence suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Robbins was treated at the scene and transported to Toledo Hospital where he later died. Detectives responded and opened an investigation.
On December 29, 2020, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Marquis Walker. Walker is the son of Robbins’ girlfriend. Walker and Robbins both lived at 949 Fries.
On Jan. 6, 2021, Marquis Walker was arrested in Los Angeles, CA by the U.S. Marshals.
