Toledo HRC holding town hall on anti-blackness in the community

TOLEDO, Ohio — The Human Relations Commission of Toledo’s Social Justice Subcommittee, in partnership with the Latino Alliance of Northwest Ohio, are holding a virtual community conversation tonight, Tuesday, November 17th at 5:30 p.m.

The town will discuss colorism and anti-blackness in the community entitled Color me Latino. In light of recent events, both nationally and locally, organizers say it is important to acknowledge this pervasive issue and provide education on the timely topic.
