TOLEDO, Ohio — With COVID-19 vaccine eligibility expanding across the state of Ohio, the need to receive advanced notification as to when you can schedule a vaccine appointment grows more crucial.

Since the distribution, and reception, of the first vials of COVID-19 vaccine, the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has provided advanced vaccine eligibility notifications, a service that isn’t automatic, although simple to apply for.
