TOLEDO, Ohio — 90-year-old Trinidad Garcia is missing from 300 Avalon. He was last seen this morning wearing a blue sweatshirt, jeans, and a ball cap. He walks with a silver cane. He does not speak English and has multiple medical conditions. If you have seen Trinidad, call 911.
