Walk-in customer service resumes for City of Toledo utility customers

TOLEDO, Ohio — For city of Toledo utility customers, in-person customer service has resumed at the city’s Madison Avenue office.
The office will be open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but is closed today for Labor Day.
Residents can get assistance with their bills, including making payments and information on payment plans. There is also a secure drop box to pay bills, as well.
The city’s water shutoff moratorium, as you may remember, ended last month.
