TOLEDO, Ohio — Thursday morning, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine spoke at Edison High School, the school Navy Corpsman Maxton W. Soviak attended. Soviak was among the 13 service members killed in Afghanistan as the departure of U.S. troops was underway.
